Cod & Mini Potatoes

Flaky cod fillets seasoned with Bab Al Hara All Purpose Seasoning and served alongside crispy golden mini potatoes. This simple yet flavour-packed dish is perfect for a quick midweek meal and showcases how easy great food can be with our all-in-one seasoning blend. No additional salt or seasoning is required.

Ingredients

  • Cod Fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Bab Al Hara All Purpose Seasoning
  • 500g mini potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • fresh chopped parsley

Method

  1. 1. Wash and halve the mini potatoes if required.
    2. Toss the potatoes with half of the olive oil and a light sprinkle of Bab Al Hara All Purpose Seasoning.
    3. Roast or air fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.
    4. Pat the cod fillets dry and season generously on both sides with Bab Al Hara All Purpose Seasoning.
    5. Heat the remaining olive oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
    6. Cook the cod fillets for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.
    7. Plate the cod alongside the crispy mini potatoes.
    8. Finish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
