Ingredients
- 500g steak
- 2 tbsb Bab Al Hara 7 Spices blend
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 3 cups water or beef stock
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Rice, chips or bread to serve
Direction to use
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until softened and lightly golden.
3. Add the sliced steak and cook for several minutes, stirring regularly.
4. Sprinkle generously with Bab Al Hara Seven Spices Blend and mix thoroughly. No additional salt or seasoning is required.
5. Add the sliced peppers and continue cooking until the steak is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
6. Remove from the heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
7. Serve immediately with warm flatbread, rice or your favourite side dish.
